3 weight Loss Tips from Jillian Michaels

Acknowledge the choices you’ve made that haven’t served you and start making choices that do. 2) Take before-and-after photos. That “before” picture will help you stay motivated throughout your weight-loss journey, and the “after” will be a thrill to take and share! 3) Announce your plans. Tell your family and friends about your weight-loss goals. Sharing your goals and plan will enable you to recruit support and be held accountable.
